Hello! ¡y hola! Soy Chloe. This is my first study abroad experience and I am incredibly excited. When I was about 14 or 15 I discovered my deep desire to travel abroad. I have always been incredibly curious about life and perspective outside of my own. As far as previous travel experience goes, I have spent time in La Ciudad de Guatemala, Puerta Vallarta en Mexico, a few other spots in Mexico, and traveling in the states. Mostly on the Western side of the country however. I have been studying Spanish for about 6 years now and finally have the opportunity to put my skills to the test as I spend 5 months in Chile. 

I am looking forward to experiencing a new way of life, increasing my Spanish language proficiency, hiking and exploring the beautiful terrain, and finding the dance communities! My passions for the environment, for the arts, for community, and for social justice have lead me to Santiago and I can't wait to see what opportunities and experiences are waiting for me.
